UCC TKD club competes at Irish ITF Cup and Gup Cup

Omed Poshdary from UCC Taekwon-Do club receiving his second place trophy for Male Heavy Weight Sparring event at the Irish ITF and Gup Cup in Wexford last Sunday.

First place went to Gassors Taekwon-Do from Wales and third place to the German ITF competitor.

Omed also placed joint third in the pattern section.
