Taekwon-Do Club Training Paused From 28th Sept
Training will take place today (Saturday 26th sept) for those who submitted their names but we will pause face to face training again after that as per message from UCC below.
Implementation of Government Direction by UCC
Following a Government direction on Friday 25th September, UCC, along with all universities in the country, will introduce enhanced public health protection measures from Monday 28th September 2020.
The University Management Team met on Friday pm to discuss the implications of this latest Government direction for UCC. The UMTO has directed that club sport activity will be postponed until advised:
Student Activities :
“On campus/in person social and societies activities will be postponed during this period of enhanced protective measures in line with the Government’s guidance.Certain sporting activities may be permitted where indicated by the sport’s national governing body”
In line with our Return to Play protocols I am now advising ALL CLUBS to suspend all activities from midnight on Sunday 27th September.
Unfortunately this means no training/no competition or other any club activities can proceed, until you have been advised to do so.
There are some activities taking place this weekend and can do so as planned in line with our RTP protocols and their health and safety plans.
Level 3 Exemptions To Be Confirmed in Writing
